WIND TURBINE BLADE MANUFACTURING: A MATERIAL FLOW ANALYSIS

چکیده

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o fluxo de material da fabricação pás turbina eólica para um parque eólico onshore com capacidade nominal 300 Megawatts (MW). Para tal, foi utilizado método Análise Fluxo Material (AFM) no software STAN® 2.7.101. Foi estimada uma demanda 4,946 t e geração 514 resíduos compósito fibra vidro resina epóxi na 225 em ano. Desta forma, práticas produção mais limpa são requeridas promover a redução perda aproveitamento materiais residuais.
